PacRim Marketing Group and PRTech honed in on the “Outrigger Difference”—deluxe accommodations and superior service in upscale beach destinations. An integrated mix of marketing and PR, along with PRTech’s custom-designed, Japanese language web portal solution, communicated this brand essence while providing easy-to-access and robust travel information for all 31 properties included. The Japanese language web portal also utilized PRTech’s proprietary multilingual online reservations system, MyREZ, designed intuitively for Japanese users, and enabling guests for the first time to book their hotel stays directly on the Outrigger website in Japanese language.
Since its launch in 2009, the Japanese language website continues to reach potential customers, is aligned with travel partner and media efforts, and enables customer relationship management and reservations. This hybrid marketing and distribution channel remains one of the most crucial components to maximizing profitability and growing Outrigger Enterprises Group’s share and spend from Japanese, whose value is optimized by generating loyalty and driving repeat business.
